Shipping

Below we give you what you need to know about our shipping.

Shipping Rates

Orders below $50.00 have a $5.00 flat shipping charge.
Orders between $50.00 and $99.99 have a $7.49 shipping charge.
Orders between $100.00 and $149.99 have a $9.99 shipping charge.
Orders above $150.00 ground shipping is FREE.
If you wish to "upgrade" shipping options contact us.

You order may be shipped First Class, Ground, or Priority at our discretion.

When Will it Ship?

Orders are processed the Next Business Day.

Parts ship in 1-4 business days after your order is received and parts are in stock.

If there is a short delay in shipping we normally do not notify you. Serious delays we will contact you. If your order is time sensitive contact us at shipping@clearcreekspas.com.
If you are not home, packages are left by the carrier near or at your door. If you need other arrangements, contact us before shipment is made. Once delivered the lost or damage of shipment will be your liability. If you know items can be stolen, contact us a shipping@clearcreekspas.com and we can either ship to an alternate address or require a signature. If you don't arrange for a signature or alternate shipping, you accept both Clear Creek Spas and the carrier's liability ends when the item(s) is left at your door.

Signing for Shipment

Unless requested, shipments are made without proof of signature. This means the carrier will leave the package at your door. This avoids repeated attempts of delivery or requiring you to go to a terminal to pick the item up.

IMPORTANT: This also means YOU take responsibility at the point the carrier leaves your shipment. We will ship where you want the item shipped but you take responsibility to know if packages are safe when they are left at the door. If you are concern that others might steal your package then request "Signature Required" on checkout under comments OR ship to a safe location.

We will add these features at no cost to you.  

All shipments are made FOB. Liability for delivery and any visible damage to any order is between you and the carrier. The carrier accepts our shipment as not being damaged (visually). It is your obligation to inspect the order IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. If you see any outside visual damage take pictures. This will help both you and us to proceed that the carrier damaged the item. Boxes with no visual damage but parts are damaged are the responsibility of Clear Creek Spas. If you request, we can add insurance or to guarantee actual receipt, written signature at no charge. Any delivery confirmed by the carrier as delivered relieves us from responsibility. Any special delivery request please contact shipping@clearcreekspas.com.

Shipping AK and HI 

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories usually have a surcharge due to added charge from the carrier. Normally that surcharge will automatically be added to your order at checkout. If checkout fails to add enough shipping charges we may contact you for the added cost before the shipment is made. If that is the case, we will email you quickly to avoid any lengthy delay.

Critical Shipments

It is CRITICAL you supply us with both a USPS deliverable address and an actual physical address. Since your order may be shipped either method, it can cause confusion if you only give us a PO Box number and we need to ship FedEx OR if you give us an actual address but no mail delivery is made to that address and we are shipping USPS. Any parts that are returned to us because of not able to deliver will carry a surcharge to reship.
